2.1 All designs of Michelle Reine falls under her company Michelle Reine – Handbag Design

Studio and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following terms and

conditions and any other rules posted on our website. Please read the Terms and Conditions

carefully before placing any orders on Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio’s webshop.

The Terms and conditions for Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio apply to all offers,

products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio.

choose to continue shopping or to pay. If you decide to check-out you will see an overview of

4.1 At Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio you can choose for secure payment

methods: Ideal, Paypal, CreditCard.

4.2 The currency used on this website is Euro (€) for all countries. All prices include 21%

VAT.

4.3 All product prices on michellereine.com are include VAT and shipping costs.

4.4 As Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio accidentally has a wrong price listed on the

website – and it is clearly a mistake – we have the right to correct that. Also if you have

already ordered that product.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1 Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio sends the order as soon as possible after

payment of the agreement.

5.2 We do our very best to keep delivery times as short as possible. We aim to process your

order within 3-6 working days for delivery in the Netherlands. International orders will take

longer.

5.3 Till the moment of delivery Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio carries the

responsibility for the order. After delivery the responsibility transferred to the consumer.

5.4 The Product(s) will be delivered based on the information as mentioned in the

confirmation mail or order confirmation. You warrant that this information, for example your

name and address are correct. If you do not take up the Product(s) (on time), irrespective of

the reason, the costs made by Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio therefor, including

any costs of transportation, storage and safekeeping may be transferred to the consumer.

5.5 -Delay

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of

dispatch, Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio is not responsible for any delays caused

by destination customs clearance processes or problems with the postorder companies.

When this happens, the only thing we can do for you is to ask for information about your

order at the post office and keep you informed about the package.

When you place an order at the website we will send you an email with the tracking number

on the day your package will be dispatched. You can check the status of your shipment

using the tracking number.

Article 6 – Returns & warranties

6.1 The consumer can return the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please

return the product in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original

6.2 The return form must always be enclosed in the box.

6.3 The consumer will get the refund within 14 days when Michelle Reine – Handbag Design

Studio has received the return product. We will confirm by email that your return product has

arrived at the studio.

6.4 The repayment is performed via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

6.5 The consumer will not need to pay postage for returning his/her item. Lost packages will

not be refunded.

6.6 Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products

that appear on the Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio webshop and website.

However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of

any colour will be completely accurate.

The consumer acknowledges that leather is a product that softens with use. Also coloring

may fade over time and scratchers are part of or can appear on the product. We also advise

to avoid wearing light colored clothing, as a leather bag can always shred color and this can

affect, for example, your light colored clothes.

Images and specifications are indicative. All products are handmade and could be a bit

different. If a product does not have your expectations, The consumer can return it. The

consumer will get the refund when Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio has received

the return product.

6.7 Faulty or incorrectly delivered products

We take care of faulty orders but we recommend that when you received your order, you

carefully check the item(s). Any incorrectly delivered item, or item with a fault, must be

notified to us either via email to info@michellereine.com within 7 days of receipt.

You must return any incorrectly delivered or faulty item(s) to us as soon as possible, and at

the latest within 7 days of receipt of the item.

We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a faulty item and where requested by

you.

Prior to shipping, ordered item(s) are carefully crafted and inspected. When your product is

damaged during shipping, please let us know within 7 days from receiving the item via

info@michellereine.com. The consumer will get his/her money back after the item is returned

and received in our studio. Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio products are unique

and One of a kind pieces, so to make a new one is not possible.

copyrighted. Without the written consent of Michelle Reine – Handbag Design Studio photos

and images may not be reproduced in public.

Returns and warranties

Not satisfied with your product? You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date

of delivery. Please return the product in the same condition that you received it. It must also

Return proces:

– Do you want to return your item? You can request the Return Label via the link that you received

with the Track&Trace e-mail.

– Click the link to download the return label. You can print the return label using

any standard (laser) printer.

– Attach the return label to the parcel, making sure that the label is visible.

Make sure that the return-form is inside the box.

– Take the securely-packed parcel to a post location. You will not need to pay postage

for your parcel at the service point. (In The Netherlands we work together with PostNL. You can

bring your return package to a PostNL Location)

The purchaser is responsible for the condition in which the package arrives

We will confirm by email that your return product has arrived at the studio. You will get the refund
